Every year we seem to get confused with our riders commonly used names and their official names. For instance, Warren Thaxter is legally James W. Thaxter and so on. Motorcycle ownerships serial numbers and home addresses also seem to be confusing at times. So in an attempt to alleviate some of this we have created an entry form which we are asking everyone to complete in it's entirety.
